Flat bet only. You should have 40 times your base bet for bankroll. That means if you bet $100 per game, your bankroll should be $4,000 on hand. Do not increase base bet until you have added 50% to your account. No teasers, parlays or any other loser bet. The only way to wear the book out is to grind them out with flat bets and achieve a winning percent of over 52.4%. I do mostly NBA, NCAAF and NFL. No baseball or hockey. I have documented records of over 60% for the past 3 seasons. Picks are posted each day before game time, normally late afternoon EST. Enjoy.
